How comparisons are counted
Free gets 3 comparisons every week. PRO gets 25, whether you pay monthly or yearly. Your allowance resets every Monday, independently of your billing date.
One saved, meaningful comparison
A comparison counts only after it succeeds and saves with at least one paired item. Items marked Pairing review also count.
No extra credit for revisiting work
Open reports, export Excel or rerun an existing comparison without another credit. Exact document pairs already charged to your account do not count again, but changed file contents may count as a new comparison.
Unsuccessful attempts do not count
Failed uploads, extraction or processing, unsupported documents, incomplete comparisons and results with no meaningful pairings use no credit. Selecting the same file on both sides does not count either.
You still need remaining allowance to start a new workflow. Unused comparisons do not roll over.

Is Free a trial?
No. Free includes 3 comparisons every week, with the current comparison tools, source evidence, reports and Excel export. You do not need a subscription.
What is the difference between Monthly and Yearly?
Monthly charges $4.99 each month. Yearly charges $44.99 once a year, equivalent to $3.75/month. Both include 25 comparisons every week. Paying yearly changes your bill, not when comparisons reset.
When do my comparisons reset?
Every Monday at 00:00 UTC, until the following Monday. This schedule is separate from your subscription billing date. Unused comparisons do not roll over, and buying a subscription does not erase comparisons already used in the current week.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Your reports, source evidence and Excel exports stay available. New workflows require remaining allowance. Wait for the next weekly reset, or move from Free to PRO for a higher weekly limit.
Which documents can I compare?
Structured PDFs with selectable text, XLSX, XLS and CSV files. Scanned images are not supported. Prepare one reference and one supplier quotation, then check the extracted documents before comparing.
What does PRO include?
PRO includes 25 comparisons every week, uncertain-match review, quotation revisions, AI review with 100 successful reviews each calendar month, Clarification Packs and the Comparison Overview. Monthly and Yearly include the same tools.
