1. Scope
This policy describes the technologies used by QuoteRecon’s custom application and relevant WordPress authentication features. QuoteRecon is operated by LUNE PC FZ LLC. Contact hello@quoterecon.com with questions.
2. Necessary authentication and session cookies
QuoteRecon uses WordPress authentication and session cookies to sign users in, maintain authenticated sessions and test whether a browser accepts cookies. Depending on the core flow and session, these can include wordpress_logged_in_[hash], secure authentication cookies such as wordpress_sec_[hash] or wordpress_[hash], and wordpress_test_cookie.
Cookie suffixes, durations and security attributes depend on the installation, connection and session choices. Administrative WordPress preferences can also use wp-settings-[user ID] and wp-settings-time-[user ID]. Not every standard WordPress cookie is necessarily set for every visitor or on every page.
3. Appearance preference
The local-storage key quoterecon-theme stores your Light, Dark or System appearance choice. Local storage is browser storage rather than a cookie. The preference remains until it is replaced or cleared; QuoteRecon does not assign it an automatic expiry. If browser storage is unavailable, the interface uses its supported fallback appearance.
4. Analytics, advertising and hosted checkout
QuoteRecon uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to its public pages, such as Home, How it works, Pricing, sign-in and these policies. It does not set cookies or use browser storage, and it is not loaded for signed-in members. Cloudflare receives the page address, the referring page, and browser, device and country information derived from the request. We use the totals to understand how visitors find QuoteRecon. QuoteRecon does not use advertising cookies.
Lemon Squeezy’s hosted checkout and billing portal are separate services and may use their own cookies or browser storage under their policies. Their technologies are not the same as QuoteRecon’s appearance preference.
5. Your controls
You can remove cookies and local storage using your browser settings. Blocking necessary authentication cookies can prevent sign-in or session features. Clearing quoterecon-theme removes the saved appearance choice.
