Bid Leveling

The lowest quote isn’t always the lowest price. Bid Leveling puts up to five quotes on the same scope as your BOQ, so the totals you compare are fair.

Included with PRO. No weekly limit. Tools never use your comparison allowance.

How it levels the quotes

  • Every supplier’s rate is applied to the BOQ quantity.
  • Missing, unpriced or excluded items are filled at the average of the suppliers who priced them, or the BOQ amount when nobody did.
  • Items marked “Incl.” count as nil.
  • Each line’s lowest price is marked, and so are rates far from the others when three or more quotes priced the line.
  • Unit and quantity differences and uncertain pairings are shown, not hidden.
  • Extras that aren’t in the BOQ are listed but not added to the totals.

Supplier A38,900249,900
Supplier B48,700048,700
Supplier C64,000064,000
Supplier A quoted the lowest total but left out two items. On the same scope, Supplier B is lowest.

How it works

  1. Upload the BOQ and the quotes

Your BOQ plus 2 to 5 supplier quotations, as PDF with selectable text, XLSX, XLS or CSV.

  2. Read the leveled totals

See each supplier’s total as quoted and on the same scope, and the ranking.

  3. Ask the right questions

Copy a list of questions for each supplier about the items they left out or priced differently.

  • Bid Leveling is included with PRO and has no weekly limit.
  • Your files are read once and never stored. Only the result is saved, with an Excel download.
